As a psychologist I utilise evidence-based psychological therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focussed Therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative and Interpersonal Therapy. I am experienced in incorporating creative mediums where this can be helpful (e.g. art and sand-tray). I am also trained in a number of parenting programs including Triple P (Positive Parenting Program).
